Allmänna villkor för Witaberget

  1. Allmänt
    Dessa villkor gäller för alla köp av produkter från Witaberget , 94295 Vidsel, via vår webbshop. Genom att slutföra en beställning accepterar kunden dessa villkor.
  2. Produkter
    Våra produkter är specialtillverkade efter kundens beställning.
    Ångerrätt gäller inte eftersom produkterna är personligt anpassade och unika.
  3. Beställning och avtal
    En beställning är bindande när kunden har slutfört köpet via webbshopen och vi har skickat en bekräftelse via e-post. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att avvisa beställningar vid problem med lager, betalning eller andra omständigheter.
  4. Priser och betalning
    Alla priser anges i SEK. Med Yur Currency kan priserna även visas automatiskt i EUR eller USD.
    Den bindande priset är alltid det som visas i SEK.
    Betalning sker via de betalningsmetoder som anges i kassan.
    Eventuella lokala skatter och avgifter utanför EU ingår inte om de inte uttryckligen anges i priset/texten och är kundens ansvar.
  5. Leverans
    Beställningar skickas inom cirka 7–10 arbetsdagar efter mottagen betalning.
    Leverans sker med PostNord spårbar frakt.
    Vi ansvarar inte för förseningar utanför vår kontroll (t.ex. postförseningar eller force majeure).
  6. Reklamation / Defekt produkt
    Om produkten är defekt vid leverans eller skadats under transporten, kontakta oss omedelbart via e-post.
    Om felet inte beror på kunden skickas en ersättningsprodukt kostnadsfritt.
  7. Ansvar och garanti
    Vi ansvarar för defekter eller skador som uppstått före leverans.
    Vi ansvarar inte för felaktig användning efter mottagen produkt.
    Produkten bör alltid kontrolleras vid mottagandet.
  8. Äganderätt
    Produkten förblir vår egendom tills full betalning har mottagits.
    9.Paket hämtas inte
    Om du inte hämtar ditt paket debiteras de faktiska kostnaderna + 200 SEK i expeditionsavgift.
    Du kan då:
    Få varan omsänd efter att du har betalat dessa kostnader och frakt för en ny leverans, eller
    Hämta den kostnadsfritt hos oss i Vidsel.
    Detta alternativ upphör att gälla sex månader efter det ursprungliga leveransdatumet och du förlorar din rätt till varan.
  9. Integritet
    Kunduppgifter behandlas enligt vår integritetspolicy och används endast för beställningar och kundservice.
  10. Slutbestämmelser
    Dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag.
    Eventuella tvister ska i första hand lösas genom dialog, annars av svensk domstol.

  13. Våra handgjorda birkenträprodukter är tillverkade med omsorg, men vi ansvarar inte för skador som uppstår genom felaktig användning, vårdslöshet eller olyckor efter att produkten mottagits.

  15. Vi ansvarar för skador på produkterna som uppstår före leverans.
  16. Förseningar eller skador som uppstår under transport ansvarar vi inte för, om inte det beror på vårt fel.
  17. Information på webbplatsen
  18. All information, bilder och beskrivningar på webbplatsen är så korrekt som möjligt, men vi ansvarar inte för fel, utelämningar eller uppdateringar.
  19. Övrigt
  20. Vi tar inget ansvar för indirekta skador, förlorad data eller ekonomiska förluster som kan uppstå i samband med användning av våra produkter eller webbplatsen.
  21. Slutbestämmelser
    Dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag.
    Eventuella tvister ska i första hand lösas genom dialog, annars av svensk domstol.

    These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products from Witaberget, 94295 Vidsel, via our webshop. By completing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
  3. Products
    Our products are specially manufactured to the customer’s order.
    The right of withdrawal does not apply because the products are personalized and unique.
  4. Order and agreement
    An order is binding when the customer has completed the purchase via the webshop and we have sent a confirmation via email. We reserve the right to reject orders in the event of problems with stock, payment or other circumstances.
  5. Prices and payment
    All prices are stated in SEK. With Yur Currency, prices can also be automatically displayed in EUR or USD.
    The binding price is always the one shown in SEK.
    Payment is made via the payment methods specified in the checkout.
    Any local taxes and fees outside the EU are not included unless explicitly stated in the price/text and are the customer’s responsibility.
  6. Delivery
    Orders are shipped within approximately 7-10 business days after payment has been received.
    Delivery is made with PostNord trackable shipping.
    We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. postal delays or force majeure).
  7. Complaints / Defective product
    If the product is defective upon delivery or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately by email.
    If the fault is not due to the customer, a replacement product will be sent free of charge.
  8. Liability and warranty
    We are responsible for defects or damage that occurred before delivery.
    We are not responsible for improper use after receipt of the product.
    The product should always be checked upon receipt.
  9. Ownership
    The product remains our property until full payment has been received.
  10. Package not collected
    If you do not collect your package, the actual costs + 200 SEK in handling fee will be charged.
    You can then:
    Have the item reshipped after you have paid these costs and shipping for a new delivery, or
    Catch it free of charge from us in Vidsel.
    This option expires six months after the original delivery date and you lose your right to the item.
  11. Privacy
    Customer information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and is only used for orders and customer service.
  12. Final provisions
    These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
    Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue, otherwise by a Swedish court.

  15. Our handmade birch wood products are made with care, but we are not responsible for damage that occurs through misuse, negligence or accidents after the product has been received.
  16. Transport and delivery
  17. We are responsible for damage to the products that occurs before delivery.
  18. We are not responsible for delays or damage that occurs during transport, unless it is due to our fault.
  19. Information on the website
  20. All information, images and descriptions on the website are as accurate as possible, but we are not responsible for errors, omissions or updates.
  21. Other
  22. We do not accept responsibility for indirect damage, lost data or financial losses that may arise in connection with the use of our products or the website.
  23. The English version is a translation with Google and we exclude liability for its accuracy. The binding version is Swedish.
